Inspiration, Confidence, and Empathy in Fitness
From the age of 13, fitness has been my guiding force. Whether it was diving into recreational sports, attending dance classes multiple times a week, or joining my mom for Susan Powter workouts in the living room, exercise quickly became a core part of who I am. My early commitment to staying active laid the foundation for a life dedicated to health and wellness.
My journey into the world of fitness led me to study commercial dance, eventually paving the way for my career as a fitness professional. However, it was discovering CrossFit in Newmarket that truly transformed my understanding of fitness. CrossFit taught me to embrace my athletic body and understand that being both womanly and strong is not only possible but empowering. I realized that with determination, our achievements are limitless.
This newfound empowerment inspired me to push my own boundaries and take on challenging personal projects both inside and outside the gym. My passion evolved into a desire to provide others with the same transformative experience I had undergone.
One of my proudest achievements came at the age of 34 when I became a firefighter. The rigorous demands of this profession require peak physical fitness, dedication, and unwavering confidence—qualities that my lifelong commitment to fitness had instilled in me. Fitness not only provided me with the physical capability to handle the job but also the mental resilience and confidence to excel in such a demanding and vital role.
My best advice? Find a simple, effective routine and stick to it. Surround yourself with like-minded individuals for support and motivation. Set realistic goals, enjoy the journey, and celebrate every small victory along the way.
Fitness is a lifelong journey, and I’m here to help you every step of the way. Let’s embrace our strengths, push our limits, and achieve greatness together.

Inspiring Fitness and Dedication
As a child, I was always active and excelled in athletic competitions. However, during my teenage years, my interest in fitness waned, and working out felt like a chore. That changed when I decided to join the British Army in my late teens, which required me to meet specific fitness benchmarks. This reignited my commitment to getting fit.
After leaving the army, my fitness levels declined as I transitioned to a more sedentary career. It wasn’t until I became a firefighter in 2012 that I found renewed purpose and motivation to stay fit. Despite years in physically demanding roles, I realized I had never learned how to work out safely and effectively.
In 2019, I discovered CrossFit and finally enjoyed working out. Finding a great coach and being part of a supportive community made all the difference. This experience motivated me to earn my CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate to help others transform their lives through fitness. Investing in a personal trainer and nutritionist taught me how to create and maintain simple lifelong habits, making fitness sustainable. Coaching enthusiastic members every day is incredibly rewarding and inspiring..
My advice to our members is simple: “Just Show Up.” Consistency is crucial for achieving results, making changes, and positively impacting how you think, feel, move, and behave.
